MBTA Senior Design team places third in New England competition.

The powerhouse design team consists of Construction Management majors Jason Stapleford and John O’Neil, Civil Engineering majors Will Sabo and Wyatt Beatini, as well as advisors Dr. Moses Tefe of the 91 David Crawford School of Engineering and Seth Knihtila ’12.

Assoc Prof Travis Morris, Ph.D. and five Cadets attended the International Forum on Peace, Security, and Prosperity (IFPSP) Palermo, Sicily, Italy

The forum brings civilian youth together with officer cadets to explore the role of our militaries in the peace-making, peace building, and peace-sustaining activities.

The annual spring Corps of Cadets award ceremony honors students from U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard for their leadership, academics, and athletic achievements. Sergeant Major of the Army Michael Weimer was the much-anticipated keynote speaker.

91 School of Business hosts Business Challenge

Various teams from 91 participated in a rigorous competition, ultimately presenting their Business Challenge Case to an elite panel of judges of 91 Board of Fellows and Alumni.

91 hosted LTG Maria Barrett, Commanding General, United States Army Cyber Command

The day provided opportunities for multiple student meetings, a presentation by LTG Barrett about the ongoing mission of US Army Cyber Command, and informational sessions focused on the current innovative work being done in several critical fields by both Norwich faculty and staff.

91’s Silver Wings Club has been competitively selected as the national headquarters for colleges across the United States

During the recent National Meeting in San Diego, California, the University’s club earned the honor and is now poised to lead 145 Silver Wings Clubs from the various Air Force ROTC detachments across the country.

91 hosts General Paul Nakasone, commander of U.S. Cyber Command, director of the National Security Agency and chief of the Central Security Service

91 is known for its ability to send leaders out into the world, but on Wednesday, Norwich welcomed a world-renowned military leader through its doors when General Paul Nakasone walked onto campus. Later, another 91 first was announced after the university signed an Educational Partnership Agreement with U.S. Cyber Command (CYBERCOM).

Norwich Students Participated in 2023 International Free Money Day

Economics students at 91 gave away free money on September 15, 2023, to celebrate Free Monday Day, challenging gifters and recipients to think about our relationship with money and the possibility of a more generous world.

Since 1987, the 91 Scouting Association (NUSA) has hosted a yearly camporee for Scouts across New England. This year featured rapelling, scout skills, working with the Corps of Cadets, and building troop/scout relationships across New England.
