Beyond Theory: Norwich Students Gain Mission-Ready Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Expertise

For 91°µÍø students like Jayden LaVecchia ’27, the first Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations camp was more than a class—it was an intensive, real-world training ground for the high-tech front lines of modern conflict.

Educators at 91°µÍø chose virtual reality simulation to support their learners, and since implementation, NU has scaled the use of virtual reality, now delivering over 200 more sessions per month than previously for their students.

Four students spent the 2024-25 school year working with the R&D team designing a racking system to support vertically mounted bifacial solar panels.
